PixaPass Premium Terms and Conditions

1. All benefits in the Pixapass Premium membership are valid for one (1) year only. There are no refunds for any unused benefits at the end of the membership.
2. All benefits in the Pixapass Premium membership is only available on the web platform and NOT available on the Mobile App.
3. The Pixapass Premium membership allows you to enjoy an additional 10% discount on top of all prepaid deals & product purchase from Pixajoy website.
4. The Pixapass Premium 10% discount does NOT apply to additional pages, upgrades, add on charges, shipping fees, bulk deals, buy 1 free 1 deals and voucher purchased from marketplaces, events and partnerships
5. Free Express Shipping (x3) is valid for 12 months from the membership signup date. The validity date cannot be extended.
6. Free Express Shipping is applicable for all Pixajoy products. Do take note that the Free Express shipping benefit is limited to the 1st quantity/tier of each item. Additionally, the Free Express Shipping benefit is applied per item and not per cart.
7. Free Express Shipping is not applicable for use for vouchers bought from 3rd party marketplaces, partnerships, welcome gift or any items given for free on the Pixajoy website.
8. Free Express Shipping is applicable within Malaysia only.
9. Pixapoints will be collected base on every products & vouchers purchase. *Shipping Fees will NOT be counted
10. Self-pickup option is not available.
11. Cancellation of pass is NOT allowed once the Pixapass Premium is purchased.
12. The Pixapass Premium membership is not transferable to any third party.
13. All benefits in the Pixapass Premium membership cannot be exchanged, redeemed, or resold for cash.
14. Pixajoy Sdn Bhd reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at its sole discretion and discontinue promotions and discounts at any time without prior notice.

PixaPoints Terms and Conditions

1. PixaPoints will be collected base on every products & vouchers purchase.
2. PixaPoints does NOT collected from shipping fees, bulk deals, buy 1 free 1 deals and special quotation.
3. Cash Voucher is valid for Products Redemption only.
4. Cash Voucher only available to redeem upon Pixajoy Website.
5. Cash Voucher redeemed cannot be used in conjunction with any other vouchers or special discount.
6. PixaPoint will be last for 365 days while the expiry date will be similar as Pixapass Membership. The expiry date cannot be extended.
7. Cash Voucher cannot applied to voucher purchase.
8. The cash voucher redeemed is not transferable to any third party or resold for cash.
9. Pixajoy Sdn Bhd reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at its sole discretion and discontinue promotions and discounts at any time without prior notice.
