PixaPass Premium Terms and Conditions

1. All benefits in the Pixapass Premium membership are valid for one (1) year only. No refunds are allowed for unused benefits at the end of the membership.
2. All Pixapass Premium membership benefits only apply on the Pixajoy Website platform.
3. The Pixapass Premium membership allows you to enjoy an additional 10% discount on top of all prepaid deals & product purchases from the Pixajoy website.
4. The Pixapass Premium 10% discount does NOT apply to additional pages, upgrades, add-on charges, shipping fees, bulk deals, flash deals, Mounted Frame and 16"x24",19"x28" Framed Print purchase & vouchers that are not purchased from Pixajoy website.
5. Upon successful purchase of Pixapass, users will receive 2x RM50 Cash Vouchers valid for product purchases.
6. Users will earn cashback with every purchase. Total spending will be accumulated, and a cash voucher (for product purchase) will be issued every three months, which can be used in addition to the 10% Pixapass Discount.
7. Pixajoy Sdn Bhd shall have sole and absolute discretion in determining the issuance and value of cash back. No disputes, appeals, or negotiations regarding the value, eligibility, or entitlement of the cash voucher shall be entertained.
8. Cancellation of the pass is NOT allowed once the Pixapass Premium is purchased.
9. The Pixapass Premium membership is not transferable to any third party.
10. All benefits in the Pixapass Premium membership cannot be exchanged, redeemed, or resold for cash.
11. Pixajoy Sdn Bhd reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at its sole discretion and discontinue promotions and discounts anytime without prior notice.
