By using our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using them.
We may update these terms at any time, and the latest version will always be on our website and app. Continued use means you accept the changes.
1. Account Registration
- Provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
- Keep your login credentials secure.
- You can request account deletion anytime from here.
2. Use of the Website and App
- Use only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.
- Do not attempt unauthorised access, disrupt service, or misuse features.
3. Intellectual Property
- All content, designs, and materials are owned by or licensed to us.
- You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use them without written permission.
4. Orders and Payments
- All purchases follow our pricing and payment terms.
- We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders for valid reasons.
5. Return Policy
- Products are custom-made and generally non-refundable unless defective or damaged upon receipt.
- If you receive a defective or incorrect product, contact us within 14 days with proof (photos) for review.
- Approved returns will be processed according to our replacement or refund guidelines.
6. Limitation of Liability
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order in question.
7. Pixajoy E-wallet Accounts
- A Pixajoy ewallet account shall be deemed inactive if there are no transactions recorded for a continuous period of one (1) year or more (since the account's last transaction)
- A maintenance fee of RM2.50 will be imposed annually and will be deducted from their remaining eWallet balance.
8. Changes to Terms
- We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our website or mobile app means you accept the updated terms.
