Before signing up as a PIXAJOY AGENT (herein also referred to a “member”, “customer” or “participant”) or making a transaction as a member of the PIXAJOY AGENT PROGRAM through http://www.pixajoy.com.my (herein referred the "Site" or "Website") which is provided and managed by PIXAJOY SDN. BHD. (herein referred to as "Pixajoy", "we", "us" or “our”) please read the following Membership Terms and Conditions carefully.

Pixajoy reserves the right to amend these member terms and conditions at any time, with or without prior notice to customers (herein referred to as “Pixajoy Members” or “Members”). As a member of Pixajoy, it is your responsibility to know and periodically update yourself on these terms and conditions to fully understand your member rights and privileges.

1. Membership
1.1. Application/membership for this Agent Program is only open to those residing in Malaysia aged 18 and above. However, approval of membership is subject to the discretion of the Management of Pixajoy Sdn. Bhd.
1.2. The management of Pixajoy Sdn. Bhd. has the right to decline any individual Member status or to terminate any membership at its discretion without prejudice.
1.3. Employees of Pixajoy Sdn. Bhd., its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies and suppliers are not eligible to become Pixajoy members or participate in any Pixajoy Agent program.
1.4. Anyone who wishes to become a participant of this Pixajoy Agent program must first complete the online sign-up form on the Pixajoy website (pixajoy.com.my). Each member is entitled to only one account (Online Member Account).
1.5. Sign-up is free.
1.6. Members may terminate their membership at any time. As proof, all requests for termination of membership must be in writing and emailed to Pixajoy Sdn. Bhd.
1.7. Pixajoy will not intervene nor be made responsible for any dealings between a member and member's customer on business arrangements.
1.8. Members are eligible for sales commission earnings. (Please refer to the Terms & Conditions of the Agent Sales Commission Scheme in appendix 1)
1.9. Commission rate will be according to the products listed in appendix 2.

2. Ordering / Operations
2.1. Once YOU or YOUR CUSTOMER submits an order to Pixajoy, it will be considered a purchase.
2.2. Once an order is in the process stage (i.e. “Upload Complete”, “Print” or “Delivery” status indicated on the Order List page), it cannot be cancelled or changed.
2.3. An order will not be processed if payment has not been made.
2.4. All official receipts for purchases will be electronic. Members and their customers can print out the official receipts for their completed orders from the “My Order” page on the Member’s Web Page.
2.5. The Pixajoy member account is updated in real-time, and members can trace and view the status from the Member Web Page.

3. Payment
Pixajoy only accepts COO (Cash On Order) payments. Payments can be made via online payment gateway with Credit Card and FPX (Interbank Funds Transfer) for COO.
