1. Click on the Customize and Control button on the top right side of Google Chrome.

2. Click on the “Setting” button.

3. Scroll down to look for “Default Browser” and click the “Make default” button.

4. Alternatively, it can also be set from Windows Settings by selecting Apps

5. Then, click Default apps and select Google Chrome as the default Web browser

For Google Chrome (Desktop):

1. Click the padlock icon near the URL of the Pixajoy website.
2. If notifications are blocked. It’ll be labelled ‘block‘ on the right side of the bell icon.
3. To unblock, click on ‘block‘ and a drop-down list will appear.
4. Select ‘Allow‘, close the pop-up window, and refresh your website page.

For Google Chrome (Mobile):

1. Click the padlock icon near the URL of the Pixajoy website.
2. If notifications are blocked. It’ll be labeled ‘blocked‘ on the right side of the bell icon.
3. To unblock, click on ‘Site settings‘.
4. Click on ‘Notifications’ and turn on ‘Show notifications’.
5. Once enabled, refresh your website page.

For Mozilla Firefox:

1. Click the icon near the URL of the Pixajoy website.
2. If notifications are blocked, click the ‘x‘ located on the right of the ‘blocked’ label.
3. Go to Pixajoy Notification Setting, turn on ‘Receive Notification’ and the website will prompt a notification to ask for your permission to be notified.
4. Kindly click “Allow Notification“.

For Microsoft Edge:

1. Click the padlock icon near the URL of the Pixajoy website.
2. A list of menu items will appear whereby you can turn on notifications under Website Permissions.
3. Once permissions are enabled, refresh the website page.

If you have created these empty pages intentionally, then you can disregard the error in the Check Result. Otherwise, be sure to remove the blank pages in the software, or fill up the empty pages, as you’ll not be able to remove them once the order has been placed.

Note: There is a limit to the amount of pages that you can remove in the software.

Please follow the steps below in order to send your order files:

I) Click “Open Existing Projects”

II) One (1) click to select project name only (don’t double-click)

III) click “Send files” (button at the bottom)

IV) Accept “Disclaimer” and click Start

V) Choose “Send Order Via Mail” to save your project files and follow this tutorial to upload.

VI) Once you’ve uploaded to www.sendspace.com, please copy the link and email us together with your Order Number. We will retrieve the files and insert the files to your order.

This message normally comes out if your Mini Softcover 6” x 6” project page count does not meet the minimum or maximum requirements of 36 or 48 pages.

For mini softcover photo book, the content page count must be either 36 or 48 pages.

Please try to add pages up to 48 pages or reduce the page count to 36 so that you can proceed with your order.

This message normally prompt up when your 3R Photo Prints count is not a multiple of 10.

For 3R Photo Prints, the content page count must be in multiple of 10 (starting from a minimum of 40, 50, 60 and onwards.)

Please try to add pages until you’ve reached a multiple of 10 so that you can proceed with your order.

This message normally prompt up when your 4R Photo Prints count is not a multiple of 8.

For 4R Photo Prints, the content page count must be in multiple of 8 (starting from a minimum of 24 , 32, 40, 48 and onwards.)

Please try to add pages until you’ve reached a multiple of 8 so that you can proceed with your order.

This error message appear when the internet connection that is being used has reached a usage limit.

Here’s a checklist to help you identify your issue, based on the type of computer that you’re using:-

1) Company PC: The issue may have been caused by the company setting up a proxy to block some services.

Solution : Change to another network in order to connect to the Internet.

2) PC firewall or Antivirus ON service

Solution : Temporarily turn OFF the PC firewall or antivirus.

3) Company Laptop: The issue may have been caused by the network proxy setting (it could have been set to block out some services).

Solution : Change to another network to connect to the Internet and refrain from using your company VPN.

4) Connection to the Internet:

Use a direct connection on your laptop / PC such as 3G, 4G or connect to broadband modem.

This usually occurs when you are experiencing these following issues:

1) Incorrect Time zone (Please make sure your Timezone is set to (UTC+08:00) Kuala Lumpur, Singapore.)

2) Incorrect Date & Time (Please make sure that the date and time is accurate)

3) Try to log in with another web browser to find your project.

Kindly check and change the setting of your computer operating system. As a next step,you may try to work on with your project.

Please follow the steps below to check on your project files.

I) Go to My Documents -> PIXAJOY Editor Projects -> [your project name . prj] folder

II) If there is Autosave files, please do delete the Autosave files.

II) Try to open your project and continue working on it
