How to set Google Chrome as the default browser?

1. Click on the Customize and Control button on the top right side of Google Chrome.

2. Click on the “Setting” button.

3. Scroll down to look for “Default Browser” and click the “Make default” button.

4. Alternatively, it can also be set from Windows Settings by selecting Apps


5. Then, click Default apps and select Google Chrome as the default Web browser

How to enable / unblocking notifications?

For Google Chrome (Desktop):

  1. Click the padlock icon near the URL of the Pixajoy website.
  2. If notifications are blocked. It’ll be labelled ‘block‘ on the right side of the bell icon.
  3. To unblock, click on ‘block‘ and a drop-down list will appear.
  4. Select ‘Allow‘, close the pop-up window, and refresh your website page.

For Google Chrome (Mobile):

For Mozilla Firefox:

  1. Click the icon near the URL of the Pixajoy website.
  2. If notifications are blocked, click the ‘x‘ located on the right of the ‘blocked’ label.
  3. Go to Pixajoy Notification Setting, turn on ‘Receive Notification’ and the website will prompt a notification to ask for your permission to be notified.
  4. Kindly click “Allow Notification“.

For Microsoft Edge:

  1. Click the padlock icon near the URL of the Pixajoy website.
  2. A list of menu items will appear whereby you can turn on notifications under Website Permissions.
  3. Once permissions are enabled, refresh the website page.

My Internet connection slow, do I have to submit my files online or is there an alternative?

Please follow the steps below in order to send your order files:

I) Click “Open Existing Projects”

II) One (1) click to select project name only (don’t double-click)

III) click “Send files” (button at the bottom)

IV) Accept “Disclaimer” and click Start

V) Choose “Send Order Via Mail” to save your project files and follow this tutorial to upload.

VI) Once you’ve uploaded to www.sendspace.com, please copy the link and email us together with your Order Number. We will retrieve the files and insert the files to your order.

Error Message: “An error occurred while communicating with the server. No response from the server”

This error message appear when the internet connection that is being used has reached a usage limit.

Here’s a checklist to help you identify your issue, based on the type of computer that you’re using:-

1) Company PC: The issue may have been caused by the company setting up a proxy to block some services.

Solution : Change to another network in order to connect to the Internet.

2) PC firewall or Antivirus ON service

Solution : Temporarily turn OFF the PC firewall or antivirus.

3) Company Laptop: The issue may have been caused by the network proxy setting (it could have been set to block out some services).

Solution : Change to another network to connect to the Internet and refrain from using your company VPN.

4) Connection to the Internet:

Use a direct connection on your laptop / PC such as 3G, 4G or connect to broadband modem.

Error Message: “Project Session Expired”

This usually occurs when you are experiencing these following issues:

1) Incorrect Time zone (Please make sure your Timezone is set to (UTC+08:00) Kuala Lumpur, Singapore.)

2) Incorrect Date & Time (Please make sure that the date and time is accurate)

3) Try to log in with another web browser to find your project.
