This error message appear when the internet connection that is being used has reached a usage limit.
Here’s a checklist to help you identify your issue, based on the type of computer that you’re using:-
1) Company PC: The issue may have been caused by the company setting up a proxy to block some services.
Solution : Change to another network in order to connect to the Internet.
2) PC firewall or Antivirus ON service
Solution : Temporarily turn OFF the PC firewall or antivirus.
3) Company Laptop: The issue may have been caused by the network proxy setting (it could have been set to block out some services).
Solution : Change to another network to connect to the Internet and refrain from using your company VPN.
4) Connection to the Internet:
Use a direct connection on your laptop / PC such as 3G, 4G or connect to broadband modem.
