Can I redeem multiple vouchers in one order?
Yes and this is only entitle for Pixajoy Online Editor. You may send all projects to Cart Page by clicking on order button from each project one at a time. Once all projects landed in Cart Page, you may fill in voucher code on each project and check out at one go.
Can I have my product order shipped to an overseas recipient?
Yes, you can ship orders to other countries, but you will have to do so by designing the project and registering an account through the country website and software for that specific country. Currency will be based on the destination country and not your local currency. Select another country website and view the prices there.

Can I use my voucher value towards shipping?
No, shipping is charged separately unless stated so. In all cases, this will be stated clearly under the Terms and Conditions of any promos that you wish to purchase.

Can I have my order delivered at specific timings?
Currently, we do not provide scheduled deliveries. Orders are delivered during weekday. If you need your order delivered at specific timings, please call the Courier Service Provider for the arrangement.
Can I put the shipping details in other languages?
We can only accept shipping details entered in Roman characters.
Each address line can take a maximum of 30 characters (inclusive of spaces).
What is the production and delivery time for my photo product?
We have several Shipping Options:
1) Express Shipping : Average production + delivery timeframe will takes 7 business days (Subject to location and peak season). Tracking is included. Not deliverable to PO Boxes.
2) Priority Shipping: Average production + delivery timeframe will take between 3 to 4 business days (Subject to location and peak season). Tracking is included. Not deliverable to PO Boxes.
Note: All orders are dispatched via courier services or by the designated shipping provider, and are determined by their respective delivery schedules. Please allow for additional delivery time during peak seasons. Please do not provide us with a PO Box as our current shipping providers do not ship to PO Box or Box addresses.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
No, our couriers are unable to deliver to PO Boxes due to the large amount of different PO Boxes in a particular country. We are only able to deliver to a valid street address.
Will customs or duty fees apply to my order if I am shipping outside of the Malaysia?
Certain orders shipped may be subjected to customs duties, taxes and other import charges which are not covered by the payments made to us. These charges are determined and charged by the customs clearance of the destination country, as per local regulations. Therefore, the recipient is responsible to pay for any such fees at the point of delivery.
Please note that Pixajoy does not collect duties or taxes, as these fees goes directly to the government.
