What are the terms to redeem the free photo book of my choice using my Pass voucher worth the intended value?
The free photo book is only applicable for one (1) photo book redemption only. If the value of the photo book ordered is below the voucher code value amount, you will not be entitled to a refund on the differences. If the photo book ordered is valued above the voucher code value amount, additional charges for the price difference are applicable.
Can I pause my subscription?
No. The subscription cannot be paused.

You can view all the details of your PixaPass plan benefits in the My PixaPass tab under settings.
What if my Pixapass subscription has expired but I still have unused benefits and balance in my account. Can I request for a refund on the unused balance, extend the expiry date or carry forward to my account if I renew my plan??
If you fail to utilise your benefits in the stipulated time frame, you will not be entitled to a refund on the differences.
Where can I view/utilise my Free Express Shipping Benefits?
The Free Express Shipping Benefit will appear in your shipping cart. Users may choose when/which item they would like to utilise their Free Express Shipping benefits in My Cart before checking out. Do take note that the Free Express Shipping benefit is applied per item and not per cart.
