UPDATED: What’s New With Pixajoy?

2021 was a pretty big year for Pixajoy. We had to learn how to adapt to a hybrid working environment. We worked hard to make improvements to our website and mobile app. We expanded our range of products, materials and finishing. We even introduced and implemented a new referral program for our users.
Despite how chaotic the last year was, we actually managed to get a lot of things done.
However, it can be difficult to keep track of every change. As a result, we’ve decided to compile this list of our top 7 updates so that you can easily see what’s new with Pixajoy.
NEW: Framed Print Sizes
There’s no better way to make a house feel like home than by filling it with details and designs you love — and when it comes to filling up the walls, you just can’t go wrong with a good framed print. Not only does it give your space a more personalised look, but depending on the size and image used, the framed print can also do wonders to make a space look more elevated.
By popular demand, we’ve recently added on some new sizes for our framed print category.
The new sizes available (Landscape/Portrait) are:
- 24″ x 16″ / 16″ x 24″
- 28″ x 19″ / 19″ x 28″
Aside from the size, these bigger framed prints also feature a new frame style. Utilising wood textured polystyrene, the frames for these prints are similar to the ones used for our Mounted Framed Prints.
Lighter and with a much more sleek and clean look, these larger sized framed prints can easily be incorporated into any style of home decor.
New Templates
During the start of the year, our designers have been tinkering around to try and bring something seriously cool to the table. After weeks of work, they’ve finally done it! You guys are in for a treat because Pixajoy has now added a slew of fresh new templates that you guys can use and play around with!
Featuring ‘instagram-inspired’ designs, basic emojis, cats (who doesn’t love cats?!!) and spacey-themes that are currently in trend with the 90’s revival movement. The customisable items that feature these brand new templates include the:

Refer-a-Friend Program
Throughout the past few years, quite many of our customers have asked if we had a referral program. Well, as of the 22nd of Dec 2021, we do! The Pixajoy Refer a Friend program is open to all Malaysian Pixajoy users. The mechanics of how it works is also simple. For every friend you refer (to sign up to Piaxjoy), we’ll credit RM 10 into your Pixajoy e-wallet. The friends that you referred to Pixajoy will not walk away empty-handed.

New Material: Vintage Linen
Who doesn’t love an upgrade? For those of you who are a fan of our debossed and window die-cut photo books, you’re in luck. We’ve added a brand new cover material for you to try.
The Vintage Linen cover material features:
- a unique double-sided embossing
- a beautiful linen texture.
The material feels luxurious to the touch and can give your photo books an elevated look. Additionally, the material comes in three beautiful colours:
- Cherry
- Sand Dollar
- Cool Grey
Relaunch: Photo Puzzle
By popular demand, we’ve brought back our personalised photo puzzle. This 120 piece puzzle is great for keeping your kids (and yourself) entertained for hours on end. Utilising a hardboard material with a glossy surface, you turn any design, photo or text into a great game. With full-colour printing, the photo puzzle comes pre-assembled. (You can disassemble and reassemble it at your leisure).
Other features include an easy ‘wipe to clean’ surface and a built-in 2-in-1 display stand. Once you’ve finished assembling the puzzle, you can also include it as part of your home decor.
Improved Delivery Time
The demand for faster shipping is not something we’re unfamiliar with. People want the same feeling of satisfaction that they get when they walk out of a physical store with a new item. While it’s not exactly instant gratification, it’s pretty close.
Pixajoy is now able to deliver your items within:
- 5 working days (for those living in West Malaysia)
- 7 working days (for those living in East Malaysia and Singapore).
If you’re concerned about the status of your order, no worries. Pixajoy will send you an email once you’ve finished placing your order. We’ll send you another email when your order ships, plus tracking details. You’ll be able to rest easy knowing exactly where your order is at any given moment.
New Children’s Book Titles
Personalised Children’s Books are great tools for encouraging kids to practice their reading skills. At Pixajoy, we believe that personalised stories can help make children feel more confident and encourage their imagination. That being said, we’ve added a few new titles to our personalised children’s books category. Among them are titles such as:
