Stuff to take note of:
- Reorders for photo books are available for 6 months from upload date.
- You can use Voucher Codes when reordering so that you don’t need to pay the full price!
- You can’t change your photo book specifications when trying to reorder it.
Short & Simple Flowchart
Method 1 (Non-editable):
Pixajoy Website -> My Dashboard -> My Album(s) -> Select Project -> Click “Re-Order” -> Select Amount of Reorders -> Payment (insert Voucher Code here) -> Submit
Method 2 (Editable):
Pixajoy Website – > My Dashboard -> My Online Project(s) -> Select Project -> Duplicate -> Edit -> Add to Cart -> Payment (insert Voucher Code here) -> Submit
Step-by-step Guide
Method 1 (Photo book can’t be edited)
Step 1: Find your project.
Go to the Pixajoy main website, log into your account and go to “My Dashboard”. Once there, find and click on “My Album(s)” at the bottom.
Step 2: Select your desired project and click “Re-Order”.
Step 3: Choose how many reprints you want and click “Continue”.
Step 4: Check your address, choose your payment option, insert Voucher Code (if any) and “Confirm Order”.
Method 2 (Photo book can be edited)
Step 1: Find your project.
Go to the Pixajoy main website, log into your account and go to “My Dashboard”. Once there, find and click “My Online Project(s)”.
Step 2: Select a project to duplicate.
You will be required to log into the Pixajoy Online Editor, and after that, you may select a previously submitted project to duplicate.
Step 3: Duplicate and rename your new project.
You will be asked to type in a new Project Name. After clicking on the green tick, you can find your duplicated project at the top of the list.
Step 4: Select your duplicated project and choose “Continue Editing”.
Step 5: Add to your Cart.
If you have nothing to add or take away, you can just continue by clicking the 
button on the top-right corner.
Step 6: Check your details, shipping method, insert a Voucher Code (if any) and pay.
After a successful payment and submission, just wait for your photo book to arrive at your doorstep in 4 – 6 working days. 😀
