“We saw the potential of personalised items back in the mid-2000’s. So with a typical ‘Chinese Businessman’ mindset we set out on a journey to try and turn this (Pixajoy) into a profitable business.
Now don’t get us wrong – aiming to make a profit isn’t inherently a bad thing. We needed the money to continue to grow and improve our services so that we can better serve our customers and take care of the needs of our talents.
But we couldn’t help but feel like there was something missing. It wasn’t until Pixajoy received a letter of thanks from one of our customers – claiming that our personalised products had actually helped to save a marriage, that the proverbial light bulb went off.
