In the first week of March 2021, we’ve welcomed our first new product addition to our personalised stationery range – the Photo Notepads. The personalisable photo notepads makes jotting down notes, memos and creating mind-maps a much more memorable and fun experience. What is a Photo Notepad?
A photo notepad is an assortment of writable, printed papers that have been bound together for the purpose of:

The Material
A single paper notepad has many advantages when pitted against a modern-day digital tablet. Some of the advantages include the fact that:

To satisfy your creative needs, the personalised photo notepad was designed using 140gsm thick Simili paper – a type of smooth, thick writing paper that is highly suitable for printing black & white as well as coloured images. In addition, the thickness of the paper also allows for you to jot down notes, draw or even paint on the paper with various mediums without the worry of the inks or colours bleeding through to stain the back pages.
The Binding
Unlike the rest of the writable products in our personalised stationery category (like the photo notebooks or deluxe notebooks), which utilises ring or side-sewn binding, the personalisable photo notepad features a unique ‘tear-away’ style binding. Just like the name would imply, this ‘tear away’ style binding ensures that you can remove pages from your notepad as needed without damaging any of the unused pages.
This is made possible due to the utilisation of padding glue – a thin film of low-tack adhesive (or padding cement) that fastens the paper sheets together along one side of the photo notepad’s edges.
The Size, Pages & Designs
We’ve mentioned before that the personalisable photo notepads were designed to be lightweight and portable. In terms of size, the photo notepads measure 8”x5.5” (roughly around A5 size) – making it easy to carry around anywhere and everywhere. The size also makes it fairly comfortable to write or draw on – not too small that you’ll have to cram your writings, but not too large that it’ll leave you feeling guilty for using a page just to jot down a simple reminder or memo.
In terms of pages, the photo notepad comes with 80 writable pages. Based on your preference, the front of each page can feature no design, a singular design or even up to 5 different designs throughout the entire photo notepad. Currently, we have a dozen of different template designs that you can try to personalise your own photo notebook – ranging from purely decorative to productive templates.
