At Pixajoy, we pride ourselves on the outstanding quality of our products. If you are not satisfied with your order, you can reflect to us and return it for a replacement. Please be informed the unsatisfied order must be reflect to us within 30 days from the date of receipt.

Please note that Pixajoy guarantee doesn’t cover user-preventable errors that are visible in the Preview mode of the application. To prevent these kinds of errors, make sure to do the following before placing your order:

Safe zone and gutter area:
Make sure the important part of your photo and text are within red link all around the page and away from grey shaded area to avoid trim off and folded into gutter.

Colour and photo brightness:
Due to other factors such as the different colour displays on various monitors, printed colours of end product may slightly differ from what appears on your screen. Therefore, Pixajoy cannot guarantee that the colours on what you printed will match exactly to what you see on your computer monitor. To get recommend brightness of output, please refer this tutorial http://www.pixajoy.com.my/branding/pixajoy/pdf/getting-colour-right.pdf to use it as a guide for you to adjust colour brightness and contrast.

Also note that our guarantee does not cover the following:

Quality of picture:
Any low-resolution images that may appear blurry in print and any other creative choices you made while designing your book.

Text issues:
Spelling mistakes, grammar, unfinished text, missing text, hidden text, overlapping text, text in the gutter/binding area, text too close to the trim zone and text not within the safe zone area that cause by human mistake.

Photo issues:
Photo arrangement, overlapping photos, invisible of photo object that fall in the gutter/binding area, exceed safe zone line (red line), or cover fold in area (green line). White border at the edge of page that caused by photo background not extended until the end of the page.

Design/ creative issues:
Use of low quality of third party design layout, style, colour choices, use of masks and scrapbooks, and other design elements imported into and/or edited within Pixajoy Editor.

Returned products do not need to be in new or unopened condition, but all claims must be write in email with attach of defect photos within 30 days from the date of receipt. We reserve the right to have you return the original order, at our cost, before reprinting or refunding your order.
