How To Order

Here's how to get started on your photo book project and how to submit your order.
You could be submitting your order with or without the use of a prepaid voucher.


 Ordering Without a Prepaid Voucher
Here are the detailed steps on how to create your photo book project & to submit your order.


STEP 1: INSTALL
Download & install Pixajoy Editor from here.

For added convenience, you can use the Pre-Designed Theme Templates. Download them from here.

Note: Download & install after you have installed Pixajoy Editor.

STEP 2: CREATE PROJECT
DIY Designing: Open Pixajoy Editor > Create a New Project > Select Book Type & Size > Click Next > Give your project a name > Click Create.

Using Pre-Designed Theme Templates: Open Pixajoy Editor > Click Open an Existing Project > Select Pre-Designed Theme Templates > Choose Theme > Choose Book Type & Size.

Note: If you want to re-use the Pre-Designed Theme Templates for different projects in the future, please select Duplicate Project and give the Project a Name, so that the original files remain intact.

STEP 3: DESIGN YOUR BOOK
Import your digital photos into the Editor. Drag & drop them onto the pages. Feel free to be artistic and add the provided backgrounds, frames, masks and scrapbook to your pages.

STEP 4: ORDER & PAYMENT
Once you are happy with your book design, click the green Shopping Cart button (in Pixajoy Editor) to submit your order and make payment online.

STEP 5: UPLOAD FILES
After submitting order, return to Pixajoy Editor. You will see a prompt window with this message:
Thank you for completing the order form.
Please select how you wish to send your order and then click the continue button.
• Upload Finished Pages
• Save Finished Pages

Please select Upload Finished Pages. Your book files will be uploaded directly to our servers.
(Save Finished Pages means your book files will be saved on your computer.)

STEP 6: RECEIVE BOOK
Once printed, your book will be couriered to your home or office. You should receive your book in 7 -9 working days, from the date & time files are uploaded:

Tips:
You can view the status of your order from your Pixajoy Account - Sign In > Account > Orders. You also track your parcel delivery by clicking on the Tracking/Consignment No. once available & you'll be directed to the courier service’s parcel tracking page.

 Ordering With a Prepaid Voucher
After you have purchased the prepaid voucher, it would be best to sign up for a Pixajoy Account.
It's simple and free. You can sign up here.

Your prepaid voucher is flexible. You can increase the number of pages, change the book size, upgrade the cover material (for Ruff 'n' Tuff Debossed Hardcover), add on Slip Case, etc.

Just select what you like when creating your book project. If the selected book amounts to more than the prepaid voucher value, you just need to pay the difference when submitting your order.

Below is an example:
The Prepaid Voucher is for the book below:


When creating your project, you change to:


Amount to top-up when submitting your book order: RM185.00 – RM135.00 = RM50.00

If you've changed certain book options and the price is same or lower than the Prepaid Voucher value, then you don't have to pay anything extra.

At the Payment Method Page, key in your Prepaid Voucher Code in the box provided and click the Apply button that's next to it.

STEP 5: UPLOAD FILES
After submitting order, return to Pixajoy Editor. You will see a prompt window with this message:
Thank you for completing the order form.
Please select how you wish to send your order and then click the continue button.
• Upload Finished Pages
• Save Finished Pages

Please select Upload Finished Pages. Your book files will be uploaded directly to our servers.
(Save Finished Pages means your book files will be saved on your computer.)

STEP 6: RECEIVE BOOK
